[Kolab-devel] [issue56] Shared subfolder disappears after messing with ACL

Actions:
* Client1 gives Client2 full permission to a subfolder of Client1's Inbox, and syncs
* Client2 syncs, removes Client1's permissions from the subfolder, and syncs
* Client1 syncs, the subfolder cannot be seen anymore. On Client2 the subfolder
is still visible under user / Client1 at kolab.konsec.com
* Client2 adds Client1 to the ACL again, with full rights, and syncs
The folder disappears from Client2 as well, and it does not appear on Client1.
