When accepting an invitation kontact opens a kmail composer window with the
reply.  The contents seems to be OK, but the To: field is not set.  It should be
set to the sender of the invitation.  It is set correctly in the invitation.
Apparently the Kontact developers can't reproduce this but it definitely happens
for me.
