[Kolab-devel] Horde configuration

Would I be correct in assuming that if 
Include /file /kolab/etc/kolab/horde.http.conf does not exist Apache
will still start, but as we install Horde we just install the relevant file
and suddenly the correct statements are included?

(Sorry, I'm not an expert at configuring Apache)
