I assume that howtos will be specific.
Thus maybe:
	doc/www/howtos/
		specifcname/		
			specificname.pdf
			specificname.html

Naturally we should always offer the source, in this case the OO document
for downloading and a HTML version if possible.

Yes, certainly.
Both pages can use a lot of reworking.
I'll hope to rework the Kroupware FAQ later today.
