Hook on first time login won't make this, probably hook on any login will do
this. Much nicer will be replication in both directions. Kolab admin
interface is good for managing all the accounts, for one user is not very
nice, looks another than imp, which is mostly used, there is not posible to
logout, there are missing many important features (managing ACL on mailboxes
for example).
