Log Message:
- Added a link to the new kolab-users list (with News entry).
- Outlook plugin page should be easier to find now.
- Added links to install howtos for Kolab Server and KDE Client.
- Changed some wording, links and html code.
- Removed news entries about Kolab Server releases.
