It's been a year since I did my install, sorry if I'm misunderstanding your issue.
Did you, for certain, follow step three (3) of <a href="https://docs.kolab.org/installation-guide/centos-7.html">https://docs.kolab.org/installation-guide/centos-7.html</a>
IIRC, my install went smoothly following those instructions. But a year
has passed since then so things may have changed.
