Actually new ISP had port 25 blocked, so I called and requested block to be removed.<br>
I can receive emails fine, so I called again to see if they are blocking outgoing but they replied if port 25 is open then its open both ways (maybe I should somehow check if outgoing port is open)<br>

As for reverse DNS then yes my domain registrar takes care of it (but I'll check again).<br>

I'm confused about SSL certificate, because I don't think I use SSL certificate (or at least I use self signed certificate), I'll read up more about this<br>
