Hello,<br>
<br>
The 'kolab-ldap' package depends on the '389-ds' package which
satisfies the generic 'ldap-server' dependency. <br>
<br>
If you install the 'kolab-ldap' package after uninstalling any other
package which satisfies the 'ldap-server' dependency (e.g.
openldap), it should automatically bring the required '389-ds'
package in with it. I'm assuming, of course, that you're using a
package manager that handles dependencies such as 'apt-get',
'aptitude' or 'synaptic'.<br>

So, Richard say I have to use cn=Directory manager, it's ok,
i've done it. <br>
<br>
And Thomas say I can't use openldap runing setup-kolab. It's OK,
I unistalled openldap. Debian wheezy manage services sysini but
not systemd. So setup-kolab could'nt remove any ldap service. <br>
<br>
Know my problem is to find ldap-server package to install
kolab-ldap package. I can't findldap-server package. Is it a
kolab package ? It looks not with debian wheezy because of
openldap one... <br>
<br>
Thank you for your responses !<br>

<div class="moz-cite-prefix">Hi,<br>
<br>
I respond to myself. I couldn't connect kolab server wabadmin
because of the ldap server was openldap and there is a
conflict with ldap-server comming with kolab-ldap package. <br>
<br>
So I uninstalled openldap. But kolab-ldap depend on
ldap-server that I can't see into my package list. My
repository for kolab with debian wheezy is : <br>
<br>
<div class="highlight-python">
<pre>deb <a moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://obs.kolabsys.com/repositories/Kolab:/3.4/Debian_7.0/">http://obs.kolabsys.com/repositories/Kolab:/3.4/Debian_7.0/</a> ./
deb <a moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://obs.kolabsys.com/repositories/Kolab:/3.4:/Updates/Debian_7.0/">http://obs.kolabsys.com/repositories/Kolab:/3.4:/Updates/Debian_7.0/</a> ./</pre>
</div>
<br>
But I've got an error with pgp authentification. The command
below returned a timeout... :<br>
<pre class="literal-block"><strong class="command">gpg --search <a moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:devel@lists.kolab.org">devel@lists.kolab.org</a></strong></pre>
Is this is the cause of my problem ? I don't think so ...<br>
<br>
So, where is this ldap-server package ?<br>
Thank you for your help !<br>

Hi,<br>
<br>
I've got error "<span>Incorrect username or password!" </span>from
first login at webadmin interface. I follow the procedure to
get fqdn domain name and I think my configuration is OK... How
to test this fqdn point ?<br>
<br>
So I follow procedure from setup-kollab to change password.
But I'm wondering if I need to use a password generator for
ldap to respond to questions like this :<br>
<br>
Mot de passe administrateur [<i>AtlbwziH6LqQdvR</i>]:<br>
<br>
Is <i>AtlbwziH6LqQdvR</i> the final password or a SHA coded
password generated from command like this :<br>
slappasswd -h {SHA} -s abcd123<br>
<pre>Could you also please show me how the command to restart the kolab server ? I can't find it into the documentation...
Thank you for your response.
