<p>doesn't work for me. I have kolab 3.1 and that entry does not exist in my kolab.conf and the isue appears anyway</p>

Ok found it. For everyone with the same issue you have to comment out following line in kolab.conf:
#postfix_virtual_file = /etc/postfix/virtual_alias_maps_manual.cf
