be present for any domain.

Even if <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated"
href="mailto:abuse@domain.tld">abuse@domain.tld</a> is not
required by any RFC, it is commonly present for a domain to help
in mail abuse

Shouldn't these accounts be automatically created at domain
creation time or at least, be presented as a warning if we have a
domain without this emails (as it is difficult to preset these
accounts for a domain when no users are created yet) ?
