Hi,<br>
<br>
I have an Kolab 2.4 server and I'm seeking the best form of
archiving emails with kolab but I don't know if kolab has something
to do it.<br>
When I said archiving I want to say to keep and manage the copies of
all incoming and outgoing email messages.<br>
<br>
If kolab doesn't has how to do it, I see two alternatives:<br>
1. Using the "option always_bcc = <users-email-address>" from
main.cf file of postfix configuration. <span style="font-family:
Georgia;">Now after each email that server sends or receives will
be blind
carbon copied to </span>"<users-email-address>".<br>
This method is easy to implementate but very difficult to handle
emails. There are some scripts to separate by sender/date, but only
in file system. To find or manage some email is not easy and I
could'n delegate this task to someone width little knowledge.<br>
<br>
2.Using an parallel domain "mydomain.local" in the same or another
kolab server with same users, but I need to send a copy of recived
and sends emails to the same user in that domain, and I don't know
how to do it.<br>
That method could be very good because I would manage emails with
Kolab/roundcube.<br>
<br>
<br>
If Kolab have the solution it was wonderfull, and in other case I
need that someone to help me in any of this alternatives or suggest
me another.<br>
<br>
Best regards,<br>
<br>
