The capability is there. Did you already have a look at the "kolab" command
line utility?

Yes, we have used this utility often to create shared folders (cm),
set ACL's (sam), list ACL's (lam). Very proficient with that tool
but emailing to shared folders we can't get working. We're trying to
get a much better understanding of Kolab to work out its extensive
featureset.<br>
<br>
The way we do this currently (as a workaround) is to:<br>
<ul>
<li>create the shared folder</li>
<li>create a "kolab user"</li>
<li>give permissions to that kolab user on the shared folder</li>
<li>use a filter to forward all messages of that Kolab user to the
shared folder</li>
</ul>
<p>Other account can then read/write emails in that shared folder.
What we're trying to understand and get working though, is
emailing directly to the shared folder.<br>
</p>
<p>Note we've enabled the "recipient_delimiter = +" in the postfix
main.cf file also.<br>
</p>
<p>We're also assuming the email address to email to is something
like:<br>
</p>
<p><a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:shared+foldername@domain.tld">shared+foldername@domain.tld</a> ?<br>
</p>
<p>Please advise/assist if you have suggestions.<br>
</p>
