flast, <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:flast@example.tld">flast@example.tld</a>. Nothing works, just keeps saying my
username or password is wrong.</p>
<p>Please advise how we can find out what the IMAP username is to
login with.</p>

Try username as first.last, without the rest of the email address.<br>
