<p>I tested also following settings and now the error regarding AUTH=PLAIN is gone which is logic for me because over port 993 I do not anymore a plain authentication. What I do not at the moment understand is why plain is used instead of 993 which is encrypted? Anyway it does not change anything regarding the problem. Can you please update me if you find out something? If you need logs from my side no problem tell me.</p>
<p>by the way many thanks for your answer.....gives me a good feeling that I'm not alone which has this problem :-)</p>
