Actually, my plan is to migrate users (600 av.) to
horde to have a fully kolab intergated web frontend (we're actually
using eGroupware)

But i want to be able to manage global settings like:
<br>
-moving mails into trash instead of "mark as deleted"
<br>
-no confirmation before performing maintenance tasks
<br>
-pre-configuring maintenance tasks
<br>
and so on...

i'm also trying to have a pragmatic and careful approach and not to
go too deeply in customizing files keeping in mind future updates.
