Hello,<br><br><br>Richard,<br><br>Sorry for my late answer..<br><br>This is my client setup :<br><br>(I'm under outlook 2003 + toltec connector)<br><br>Click on Tools > Options<br>Tab preferences<br>Calendar options > Free/Busy Options<br><br>In the "Search Location" please add the good value. This is a example :<br>https://d.user%40domain.com:password@fqdn/freebusy/%NAME%@%SERVER%.ifb<br><br>Then click OK.<br><br>Now you need to click on Tools > Options > Toltec connector tab > Options<br>Verify that "Enable generation" is checked.<br>You have normaly one personnal calendar and it is selected.<br>Click on settings and verify that the "Freebusy information audience" was chosen.<br><br>Now you can click OK.<br><br>Every 15 minuts you will send and receive the freebusy information. You can set a lowest refresh time. See Calendar options > Free/Busy .<br><br>Now a message for the dev team, I meet a bug with scheduled events throughout one day.
