<pre wrap="">I know this isn't exactly a Kolab question, but I have a user that is
under suspicion of sending out sensitive data. Is there any way to have
all of his/her sent messages "forwarded" to my mailbox?
I'm thinking of a perl script, to copy all of the data from the user
mailbox, parse it then output to html, but it seems like there must be
an easier solution.
TIA,
Cheers,
Alex

What you can do :<br>
<br>
add to /kolab/etc/kolab/templates/main.cf.template
<br>
sender_bcc_maps = hash:/kolab/etc/postfix/sender_bcc
<br>
<br>
then create the file <br>
/kolab/etc/postfix/sender_bcc
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:user@yourdomain.com">user@yourdomain.com</a><br>
usertobccto<br>
<br>
any mail sent by <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:user@yourdomain.com">user@yourdomain.com</a> will be copied to
usertobcc(@yourdomain)<br>
<br>
then run postmap /kolab/etc/postfix/sender_bcc
<br>
<br>
finally run
kolabconf<br>
<br>
That should be ok...<br>
<br>
