Kolab 3.4 on debian 7 "crossgrade" i386 -> amd64

After toying with everything in /var/lib/imap/ I finally found the culprit.
Removing /var/lib/imap/ptclient/ptscache.db before the upgrade did it for me.
Hope it can be useful to others.
