Seafile + Chawala

Had a question - reading about seafile and chawala integration. Seems easy
enough to install on server side - but the actual client install:

Is this correct when I say this:

When someone installs the seafile CLIENT, it will basically do the
following - be like a dropbox type solution and sync files from the PC to
the roundcube/files area and vice versa?

If so, that is pretty cool.
