Hey Brian,

Just comment them out in the config file. You'll loose task list, tags, notes and something to do with the address book. Not exactly sure what it does at the moment. Probably the GAL. 

By the way, those of you who think your installation is fast, try my quick remedy below and you'll see a whole new definition of fast. :)
