Multidomain setup (Ubuntu 14.04 clean)

If you haven't configured catchall address before multidomain setup then just remove referenced files from postfix configuration or, possibly, create zero length files to avoid the error (not tested personally).
I initially followed all docs and scripts then then manually configured catchall address and re-created all *catchall.cf files by hand.
