I've run the script and will wait to see if they still grow.

I received the following errors while run the sql but I assume they are not
important?

ERROR 1217 (23000): Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key
constraint fails
ERROR 1050 (42S01): Table 'kolab_folders' already exists
