Database size / Roundcube slow

I would not recommend turning off the kolab_cache! You will face several 
problems when doing this, like duplicate entries in your synced devices and 
very very slow performance.

Today I had to cleanup my server which had no diskspace left anymore. For me 
the cache issue is a big one and should be fixed as soon as possible. If 
someone could give me a hint where to start debugging this cache issue, I'll 
be happy to help out doing it!
