Try this:

/⁠usr/⁠share/⁠roundcubemail/⁠bin/⁠updatedb.sh \
    -⁠-⁠dir /⁠usr/⁠share/⁠roundcubemail/⁠plugins/⁠libkolab/⁠SQL \
    -⁠-⁠package libkolab

This was on Centos 6 system.

SQL tables needed updating. My calendar items then re-⁠appeared.
