Upload via dav 0kb size

There's a chwala_locks table which seems has been added without notice/without updating the upgrade notes, setup-kokab, etc
http://git.kolab.org/kolab-chwala/tree/doc/SQL/mysql.initial.sql

But the lock table doesn't fix the 0 byte upload in the server side
