kolab-3.4: how to configure a multiple bookable resource?

hello franz,

the point is that i need multiple bookable aka unlimited resources 
(preferable not showing up as busy in the freebusy list when booked 
once) such as vacation, catering and the like as lined out in 
http://wiki.kolab.org/Kolab_3.0_Resource_Management (always accept).
