I had the same problem. I solved it by changing preferences for the user in the database. I can't remember now the exact change, but it is quite obvious, thought it needs to be changed a complex preferences string. Make a backup of the database before!

And I can not back to roundcubemail login interface any more. What I need to do for restablish it please? I am using Kolab in a Debian Jessie server. Thanks.
