Can't find setting for trusted networks or hosts

Kolab uses submission_sender_restrictions which by default ignore mynetworks 
and requires a logged in user:

submission_sender_restrictions = reject_non_fqdn_sender, check_policy_service 
unix:private/submission_policy, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject
