Roundcube Calendar and Tasks not working after 3.2->3.3 upgrade

Hi John

It's not the conf files that have changed. It's the fact that php has 
been loaded as module. And if you change php internals or update 
libraries php has to reload them. And this can only be done with 
reloading php (in this case reloading apache).
