Add external calendar

Thank you Torsten, 

I tried it but can't get it working maybe because it's compatible only
till Kolab 3.1 (and I'm running 3.3), or did something wrong... :( 

And I'm loosing automatic "Birthday" calendar (feature of 3.3).
