Multiple domain setup -- Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

I'm sorry but it not clear to me.

All I want is to receive and sent emails from 2 domains. domain1.com and
domain2.com

I've create as described in the howto the domain1.com under
/etc/postfix/ldap/.... and modify properly the files.

domain2.com is an alias so I assume that no further configuration needed.

Restart server, tried to send email from domain1.com to domain2.com and
getting the very same error:

SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient "admin at domain2.com" (5.1.1 <
admin at domain2.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local
recipient table).

Any help is much appreciated.
