Steps to follow when server is moved under new IP

Actually new ISP had port 25 blocked, so I called and requested block to be
removed.
I can receive emails fine, so I called again to see if they are blocking
outgoing but they replied if port 25 is open then its open both ways (maybe
I should somehow check if outgoing port is open)

As for reverse DNS then yes my domain registrar takes care of it (but I'll
check again).

I'm confused about SSL certificate, because I don't think I use SSL
certificate (or at least I use self signed certificate), I'll read up more
about this

Thanks for your help
