Steps to follow when server is moved under new IP

I have only setup kolab through wiki instructions. Mail server was running
for last 3 years.
Week back I switched ISP, I didn't change the setup.

I think SPF and reverse records are updated through dyndns (I may not be
correct though, let me know how to look for SPF/reverse record)

After looking through /var/log/maillog

I've error like:

smtp[3002]: certificate verification failed
