Primary Email Address Manipulation

It's easy enough by editing the kolab.conf file at the very end and the
primary_mail variable at the start

[yourdomain.com]
default_quota = 1048576
primary_mail = %(givenname)s.%(surname)s@%(domain)s

On a personal install I did have changed it to:

[yourdomain.com]
default_quota = 1048576
primary_mail = %(givenname)s@%(domain)s

It seamed to work fine for me but I don't know if this is the CORRECT
way to do it. I don't know about the more complicated options like in
the secondary_mail section at the top.

Note: I'm assuming the first primary_mail option at the top should match
the per domain setting, but then I wasn't game to fiddle to much.
