I suspect you try to configure a mail client? Please also have a look at
the docs for client settings [1].

If your LDAP domain is indeed named hispeed.ch the correct setting for
submission should be:
START TLS
PASSWORD AUTH
U: <pimaryemail>@hispeed.ch
P: <as set in kolab webadmin>
