Hi Marc

I am on holidays, but next week i will stage a final lab for later 
production environment, This is my roadmap

Distributes kolab service and load balance, the use of glusterfs and 
imap-murder topology it my be involved
Kolab will be using a single domain against freeipa 4.3

OS to use
Centos 7 for kolab
Fedora server 21 for freeipa
Ubuntu 14.04 for glusterfs.
