Now my comments on the same document, having used it second time (first was kolab 3.3 a while back), now a fresh 3.4

mod_nss notes.

1. there is no need to import bundle, intermediate certificate is sufficient.
2. despite the fact that openssl pkcs12 -export command includes -name "Server-Cert" the subsequent pk12util -i commands uses different name

pk12util: using nickname: mail.example.org - StartCom Ltd.
pk12util: PKCS12 IMPORT SUCCESSFUL

take a note of that using nickname "mail.example.org - StartCom Ltd." string and use it in steps 3. and 4.
