How to start with shared folders

I have shared folders working and use german as webinterface

a few notes:

name for the folder
email address for the folder

optional: secondary email addesses

(possibly not) optional: delegation (vertreter) --> persons who can send 
mails with the folder-email-address

second tab:
add permission: anyone +post (I think you need that to receive mails)
add permission: user(s) with the permissions you want them to have like 
read, delete...

imap folder:shared/email at domain.tld <mailto:shared/email at domain.tld>
(and since the list will probably remove the correct format, that is 
shared[slash]email[the_actual_AT_symbol]domain.tld )
