Sync /seen flag from server to devices connected via ActiveSync possible?

I just wanted to chime in that I also experience this behaviour, on 3 
separate servers on CentOS and Debian using ActiveSync on Android, 
iPhones, BlackBerry, and Outlook 2013.

A few of us setting Kolab up are clearly missing something. The irony is 
that some of my users actually prefer it that way!
