Sync /seen flag from server to devices connected via ActiveSync possible?

I have a similar bug : Inbox mails are correctly synced, but mails in  folders 
aren't.

I use a 3.2 kolab server and saw this with Android and Sailfish OS (I don't 
have any other device that use ActiveSync to test).
