Fresh Install or Upgrade to 3.2 Advice

I updated my system in the beginning of the week by simple run yum update after i add the new 
repos. Until now i have a stable system and nothing unexpected happen. So at the moment my 
server runs kolab 3.2 on centos 6.5.
