Kolab 3.1 Global Address book, Outlook 2013 and ActiveSync

Hi All

I have a fresh install of Kolab 3.1 an CentOS 6.5 and have configured
outlook 2013 to connect to Kolab using ActiveSync. I can only view the
Personal Address book and not the Global Address book. Any pointers to
allow the glogal address book to appear in outlook?
