kolab-setup error

This is already reported here:

    https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2811

We are currently looking for somebody with the skills to get to the bottom of 
this problem and fix it for everybody since it makes new Kolab installations 
on Debian impossible at the moment.

Mihai can you find and maybe fix the bug?
