Separated resources for each hosted domain (WAS: Deleting/changing account types on domain basis)

Resources are LDAP entries like everything else. usually they're located 
in
ou=Resources,dc=example,dc=com

I you create a new hosted domain (and not just an domain alias to your 
primary domain)
with a seperated LDAP directory each LDAP directory has it's own 
resources.
