New install of Kolab 3.3 on Ubuntu 14.04 can' authenticate

Hi Torsten,
Here is what I got when I ran setup-kolab imap:

sudo setup-kolab imap
[sudo] password for jgilmore:

   /etc/rc3.d/K80saslauthd -> ../init.d/saslauthd
   /etc/rc4.d/K80saslauthd -> ../init.d/saslauthd
   /etc/rc5.d/K80saslauthd -> ../init.d/saslauthd
 System start/stop links for /etc/init.d/kolab-saslauthd already exist.
update-rc.d: /etc/init.d/cyrus-imapd: file does not exist


It looks like cyrus may not be installed:
