Personal Address Book Blank in Roundcube

The Subject says it all. I've tried searching for the answer to this 
problem. I can find people talking about it but I haven't gotten a solid 
answer.

I have a debian 7 setup of Kolab. I don't know if this would have cause 
the problem but I had to make roundcube work by using the template 
located here: http://mihai.badici.ro/linux/machinet/debian/kolab.sql

I've looked at my logs and they don't complain about anything relating 
to this issue.

I can see personal address book contacts in Kontact as well as sync them 
with Active Sync. But I cannot figure out why for the life of me they 
are not showing in Roundcube.

My original install was Kolab 3.2 and have since upgraded to 3.3. I 
thought maybe I would try a fresh 3.3 install and see if that fixes 
anything, and it does not.

If there is an answer to this problem, please help.

This also affects the ability of me to use autofill in Roundcube as well 
(except for the Global Address Book, that works fine).
