Thank for you time i will give a try to all possibilities, if this make 
to a productions environment i will feedback to the list. I am actually 
surprise that there is almost no info in this two awesome piece of 
software working together kolab and freeipa it just seem logical 
Free-IPA the  identity |policy| audit which is
at the moment the Microsoft AD for posix like system and Kolab who in my 
opinion need more flexibility for larges deployments both use 389 DS as 
back end, hopefully in the future we can see both working together out
