Syncrotron on Kolab Enterprise user can't login

I am trying to get Syncrotron working on Kolab Enterprise on CentOS 6.  
I can't find anything in the logs to help me troubleshoot the issue.
I use the same username/password that works with roundcube, but it won't 
login.  I have tried using both a web browser and android device.

The only thing I am finding is in the http log it gives me a 401 error 
(unauthorized).

The /var/log/kolab-syncroton/ directory is empty.

Any pointers on how to troubleshoot it?
