How to prevent normal users of seeing all user accounts in kolab-webadmin

This means, on a deployment which isn't planned for a particular group you 
better not  make accessible the kolab-webadmin public? So there is no 
possibility that users can update ther contact-data bei themselves. ok, good 
to know.
